Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Hygea Herbs and our manufacturer comply with Health Canada regulations. They meet industry standards, which ensures the quality and preservation of each product. For this reason, any return or exchange of a product will only be accepted within 5 days of purchase, provided it is returned in the same condition it was received.
To obtain an exchange or credit on one or more products, the product must be returned to Hygea Herbs. This policy also applies in the event that a bottle has been damaged. Without the return of said product, Hygea Herbs reserves the right to refuse an exchange or credit even if the request has been submitted within the 5-day period.
Once this deadline has passed, Hygea Herbs will not accept any returns. In the event of a manufacturer recall, we will notify our customers.
