Return and exchange policy:
All sales are final. We comply with Health Canada regulations. For this reason, any return or exchange of a product will only be accepted within 5 days of purchase, provided it is returned to us in the condition in which it was delivered to you. To obtain an exchange or credit on one or more products, they must be returned to Hygea Herbs. This measure also applies in the event that a bottle has been damaged. Without the return of said product(s), Hygea Herbs reserves the right to refuse an exchange or credit even if it is a request submitted within the prescribed 5-day period. Once this deadline has passed, Hygea Herbs will not accept any returns in order to preserve the quality of its products. In the event of a manufacturer recall, we will notify our customers.
