Anna’s vision and hope is to empower and educate as many people as possible on understanding their body physiology.

• How they can cleanse, nourish, and regenerate the body.
• How they should choose their nutrients wisely and turn to living foods, such as fruits and vegetables, instead of dead, nutrient-depleted food.
• How consuming acidic foods and exposing ourselves to toxic chemicals daily are degenerating our cells.
• How understanding and improving our daily decisions allows us to return to true health and move away from sickness.
• How food is medicine and should not be replaced by supplements.

Nothing is more important than health. Irrespective of age, or where you live in this great big world, we all wish to live in good health. It is our greatest asset. Health includes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual balance. We have disregarded these areas of health for far too long. Reconnect with your food and your local farmers. Find time to build and reinforce communal ties with others. It is not difficult to understand which foods we should consume and which we shouldn’t. It is also not difficult to understand how important family and friendships are to health, and why these connections bring us joy, positive energy, and necessary support. Humans need other humans!

Unfortunately, “Big Business” is deciding what you hear and see about health. It is no wonder many are confused and frustrated. We urge you to find your own way, ask questions, be bold and educate yourself on true health & wellbeing. Can you see what nature has to offer you? Understanding this will help you understand health and how one loses it. You are surrounded by the vibrational energy of food, herbs and the planet. Connect with it.

As the old saying goes, a healthy person has a thousand wishes; a sick person has only one.

“I wish you health and happiness always. God bless.”
